Registration FAQs

We recommend you check out the Terms of Registration. You may find the answer to your question there!

What is the reg process?

  • Go to the reg page, input your details and choose a password.

  • Your reg will be approved by the team. This is a manual step, so it may take a little while. Please bear with us.

  • Go back to the main page. You can then log onto your area, where you will find payment details.

  • Once you have paid, we will approve your payment. This is also a manual process, so please bear with us. 

  • You can choose your room and duty on the reg system.

I registered in 2023. Do you still have my details?

If you asked us to save your details, these will be available when reg opens.

 

If you didn't give us permission to save your details, they will have been deleted. We would ask you to please re-register.

How do I view the website in English?

Select 'Language' on the grey bar at the top. We suggest you don't use your browser translator.

How do I update my details?

You can do so on the RegSys.

What if I cannot come to Wild North 2024?

Please email us so we can offer the place to someone else.

Accessible rooms and access requirements:

Dain and Dvalinn are set aside as ground-floor, accessible rooms for people with mobility needs. To discuss access requirements, please email us with the details.
