We recommend you check out the Terms of Registration. You may find the answer to your question there!

What is the reg process?

  • Go to the reg page, input your details and choose a password.

  • ​Fill out your reg details, including preferred room type and room partner.

  • Your reg will be approved by the team. This is a manual step, so it may take a little while. Please bear with us.

  • Go back to the main page. You can then log onto your area, where you will find payment details.

  • Once you have paid, we will approve your payment. This is also a manual process, and it may take some time before we can approve yours. Please bear with us while we do so,

My reg page shows the incorrect price

We may need to manually adjust some amounts due (such as non-residential registrations). Please bear with us while we do so. If the amount is still incorrect after 24 hours, please email us.​

I attended in 2025. Do you still have my details?

We have a new reg system for 2026. We ask you to please re-register.

How do I update my details?

You can do so on the Reg system.

What if I now cannot come to Wild North 2026?

Please email us so we can offer the place to someone else.

I attended Wild North 2025, and I have a new room partner for 2026. When do I register?

Accessible rooms and access requirements:

The venue has two bedrooms for people with mobility needs. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, and they have walk-in showers. To discuss access requirements, please email us with the details.
