Registration is open to people aged 18+ on their first day at the con. For more details, check the Terms of Registration.

If you register on or before 3 March 2025, you will have until 31 March 2025 to pay.

If you register from 4 March 2025 onwards, you will have 28 days to pay.

For people who attended Wild North 2024: 1900 GMT on 31 January 2025

For everyone else: 1900 GMT on 7 February 2025

Registration Closes

Courtyard Classic Room: £310

Courtyard Superior Room: £365

Single Room: £460

All prices are per person, and are based on two people sharing.

Single rooms accommodate one person, all other rooms accommodate up to two people.

All prices include your attendance fee at Wild North from Friday 26th to Monday 29th September 2025

Early Arrival Day

If you would like to arrive a day early (on Thursday 25 September), the additional costs per person are:

Standard Room: £70

Superior Room: £88

Castle Classic Room: £88

Non-Residential

£100 per person, Friday 26th to Monday 29th September 2025.

Proof of Age

You must be 18 years of age or over, on your first day at the convention. When you arrive, you will need to show some government-approved proof of age. This must:

Be valid and in date
Show your name, photograph, and date of birth
Match the details you provided at registration

The proof of age can be a:

Passport
Driving Licence (full or provisional)
Card with the PASS hologram
Government-issued ID card

We cannot accept documents like birth certificates, student cards, or bus passes.
