Registration is open to people aged 18+ on their first day at the con. For more details, check the Terms of Registration and the Registration FAQs.

Registration Opens
For people who attended Wild North 2025: 1900 GMT on 6 March 2026. This is as a thank-you to everyone who supported our first year at Lumley.
For everyone else: 1900 GMT on 13 March 2026

Registration will pause at 1900 GMT on Sunday 8 March 2026 (returners) and Sunday 15 March 2026 (newcomers). Any oversubscribed bedroom types will be assigned at random.

When we open for payments, you will have 14 days to pay.
​
When reg restarts, any remaining bedrooms will be available first come first served. When your reg is accepted, you will have 14 days to pay.​

All prices are per person, and are based on two people sharing.
Single rooms accommodate one person, all other rooms accommodate up to two people.
All prices include your attendance fee at Wild North from Friday 18th to Monday 21st September 2026

Early Arrival and Late Departure
If you would like to arrive a day early (on Thursday 17 September), or depart a day later (on Tuesday 22 September), the additional costs per person, per night are:
Courtyard Classic Room: £75
Courtyard Superior Room: £92
Castle Classic Room: £92
Single Room: £135

Day attendance
Due to the popularity of the event, day attendance will not be available for 2026.

Proof of Age
You must be 18 years of age or over, on your first day at the convention. When you arrive, you will need to show some government-approved proof of age. This must:

The proof of age can be a:

We cannot accept documents like birth certificates, student cards, or bus passes.
