Our Trading Post will be returning for 2026. Our Traders will be offering wares of all kinds, from art to costume parts. You can also support our charity at their table.

The Trading Post will run for one afternoon, Saturday or Sunday. Last year, it ran for three hours.​​

Application Information

• Applications open at [TBC].

• Complete the application form (link below).

• If there are more applications than places in the first 48 hours, the organisers will decide which traders to accept.

• If there are places remaining after 48 hours, the remaining places will be allocated first-come-first-served.

• If there are more applications than places, there will be a waiting list. If a table becomes available, it will be allocated to the person on the list who applied the earliest.

• The organisers may turn down an application if they believe it is unsuitable for the event. 

• Tables are 5ft in size.

• Traders will need to be registered attendees.

• There is no extra cost for the Trading Post on top of your registration fee.
